We help individuals recuperate after hospitalization for chronic medical conditions, acute illness or surgery. Savannah Heights provides physical, occupational and speech therapy along with specialized rehab. and restorative nursing services which help return these individuals to their independent setting in the community.
We provide home-cooked meals and snacks, daily laundry and housekeeping services, and daily activities seven days a week to keep you mentally, physically, and spiritually active during your time with us. We want your stay with us to be meaningful and memorable.
